Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. Your money will be deposited in your account once the placed order has been cancelled subject to approval from our side. If your order is cancelled after your credit/debit/cash card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
Cancellation can only be accepted if we have not already begun to process your order, subject to the following conditions -
In order to get your order delivered to you soon, we try to print the orders the same day. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Please get in touch with our customer support team to cancel your order. However, the cancellation of orders will be done only if they are respected to below-listed terms and conditions:
Cancellation Request - For Cancelling the order you have to generated Cancellation request by logging in to website > View Profile > Order > Cancel Request.
If your Order Cancellation Request has been accepted then we will add the amount to PCASH (Printster Wallet). You can use that amount to Place New Order.

Order Cancellation Charges: After Placing Order 10% Cancellation Charges (From Total Order Cost) shall be deducted.
