At Choudhary Offset, we provide customized and made-to-order printing services. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

  1. Orders can be canceled only before printing or production has started.
  2. Once the order is confirmed and production begins, cancellation is not allowed.

2. Customized & Personalized Orders

  1. All customized, personalized, or print-on-demand products are non-cancellable after confirmation.
  2. This includes orders approved for design, content, size, color, or material.

3. Cancellation Request Process

  1. Cancellation requests must be made by contacting us directly via phone or in person.
  2. Cancellation is subject to confirmation by Choudhary Offset.

4. Advance Payments

  1. If work has not started, any eligible refund for canceled orders will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
  2. If work has started, advance or full payments are non-refundable.

5. Delays & Force Majeure

  1. Choudhary Offset is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including technical issues, machine breakdowns, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

6. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
