2. Services

  1. We provide printing and related services including offset printing, digital printing, photocopying, wedding cards, envelopes, mug printing, rubber stamps, flex printing, and other customized print solutions.
  2. Service availability may vary depending on material, machine capacity, and workload.

3. Orders & Confirmation

  1. Orders will be processed only after final confirmation from the customer.
  2. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
  3. Customers are responsible for checking all details (content, spelling, design, size, color) before approval.

4. Pricing & Payment

  1. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
  2. Prices may change without prior notice.
  3. Full or partial advance payment may be required before starting the job.
  4. Payments once made are non-refundable, except in cases of printing errors from our side.

5. Design & Content Responsibility

  1. Customers must ensure they have the legal right to use all text, images, logos, and designs provided.
  2. Choudhary Offset is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations in customer-supplied content.
  3. We are not liable for errors in designs approved by the customer.

6. Printing Quality & Color Variation

  1. Minor color variations may occur due to differences in screens, printers, paper, and ink.
  2. Such variations are considered normal and are not grounds for refund or reprint.

7. Delivery & Turnaround Time

  1. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to workload, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
  2. Delays caused by incorrect information or late approvals from the customer are not our responsibility.

8. Refund & Reprint Policy

  1. Refunds or reprints are applicable only if there is a clear printing defect caused by us.
  2. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. No refund or reprint will be provided for customer-approved errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

  1. Choudhary Offset shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  2. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the service provided.

10. Privacy

  1. Customer information shared with us is kept confidential and used only for order processing and communication.
  2. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.

11. Governing Law

  1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  2. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hanumangarh, Rajasthan courts only.
