Choudhary Offset

At Choudhary Offset, we provide customized printing services. Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are limited and subject to the following conditions.

1. No Return on Customized Products

  1. All printed and customized products are non-returnable once the order is confirmed and completed.
  2. Returns based on change of mind, incorrect details provided by the customer, or design approval errors are not accepted.

2. Eligible Return Cases

A return may be accepted only in the following cases:

  1. Product received with a major printing defect caused by us
  2. Incorrect product, size, or quantity delivered by Choudhary Offset
  3. Material mismatch compared to the approved order

3. Return Request Time Limit

  1. Any return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

4. Condition of Returned Items

  1. Items must be returned in unused and original condition.
  2. Damaged products due to mishandling by the customer will not be accepted.

5. Return Approval & Resolution

  1. All return requests are subject to verification and approval by Choudhary Offset.
  2. Once approved, we may offer:
  3. Replacement / Reprint, or
  4. Refund (as per our Refund Policy)

6. Shipping & Handling

  1. If the return is approved due to our mistake, we will bear the return or replacement cost.
  2. In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Limitation of Liability

  1. Our liability is limited to the value of the original order only.
  2. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.

8. Policy Changes

Choudhary Offset reserves the right to update this Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
