At Choudhary Offset, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the customized nature of our printing services, we follow a clear and fair refund policy.

1. No Refund on Confirmed Orders

  1. Once an order is confirmed and printing has started, no refund or cancellation will be accepted.
  2. Customized and personalized print orders are non-refundable.

2. Eligible Refund / Reprint Cases

A refund or reprint will be considered only under the following conditions:

  1. Printing defects caused by Choudhary Offset
  2. Wrong material, size, or quantity printed by us
  3. Major quality issues clearly different from the approved sample

3. Non-Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds or reprints will not be provided in the following cases:

  1. Errors in content, spelling, or design approved by the customer
  2. Minor color variations due to screen-to-print differences
  3. Delay caused by incorrect information or late approval from the customer
  4. Change of mind after order confirmation

4. Claim Time Limit

  1. Any refund or reprint request must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Claims after this period will not be accepted.

5. Refund Process

  1. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  2. Refund processing time may take 5ā€“7 business days, depending on the payment method.

6. Advance & Partial Payments

  1. Advance or partial payments are non-refundable once work has started.

7. Limitation of Liability

  1. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
  2. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Policy Updates

Choudhary Offset reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
